Carefully selected and categorised information for ease of use

■ To make reading of the selected information easier, the information is presented in the form of a summary, followed by details of the source. Information is classed by subject and sub-subject and sent regularly via a collaborative and secure extranet platform; periodic meetings highlight any particularly important information and make it possible to adjust the areas to watch, if necessary.

■ On simple request, the customer can obtain any additional information required: full text of patents, publications, commercial brochures, samples, etc.

■ Through its Question/Answer service, Innovation 128 is at the company’s disposal to answer any specific information requests: information on a company or market, search for a specific material or supplier, state of the art review in a particular technical field.

An adjusted financing solution

■ The technological and strategic watch programme is invoiced on the basis of a yearly lump sum, which is renewable and includes all fees (documentation, travel, etc.). This amount depends on the extent of the territory to be monitored, the frequency of reporting and the level of summary required.
